What Was The Caneva?
It’s a trip through history, an exploration of good taste.
The Caneva is a special place with a rich history. They say in the old days, every house in Trentino was built with a cellar for curing meats and a fireplace for smoking meats. In many places the tradition is being revived today thanks to the rediscovery of these spaces, which are able to offer delicious tastes of long ago that once again delight the tastebuds.

This is our wine bar and brewery where you can sample outstanding wines and a wide selection of beer, paired with the best dishes from our kitchen and pizzeria.
With its warm pine wood furnishings, Sartori’s Caneva is a homey space where you can spend a great evening with friends, enjoying music in a relaxing atmosphere.
Guido and his team also organize occasional live music nights and other wine and beer-themed events.

Friday and Saturday from 6:00pm to 2:00am
Closed from June to September
The Caneva can be partially or totally reserved for your events.

Lounge Bar
The Lounge Bar rounds out our culinary offerings.
This is a great spot to meet up for a light breakfast of fresh-baked croissants, fresh-squeezed orange juice, coffee and tea, and chocolates.
Or join us for happy hour before lunch or dinner. It’s the perfect place for a relaxed chat with colleagues outside the office. Sartori’s Lounge Bar will provide the right inspiration for work discussions with its drinks and delicious buffet.
Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy exquisite treats created by our pastry chefs.
The lounge bar is open to all, even those who are not staying in the hotel.
Hours
Open from Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Closed on Sunday. Also open to non-hotel guests.
